Who Should Drink This Protein Shake?

This is a great product if you’re on a Paleo or any other diet that’s limiting processed ingredients and refined sugars. Since that’s something all of us should be doing it’s great for everyone. Except vegetarians and vegans. If you follow either of those diets, here’s a great protein powder for you.
I personally follow a low carb/ketogenic diet and drink these shakes regularly. They don’t knock me out of ketosis or make me feel sleepy afterward like whey protein shakes.
Friends of mine who don’t tolerate dairy (whey, casein) and egg protein shakes love the beef based flavors.
In addition to working well with most every type of diet, Julian Protein Powder is awesome for guys and girls from all lifestyles, whether you are looking to get in extra protein for your overall health or are a hard charging athlete who’s training for the Crossfit Games.

When Should I Drink Julian Paleo Protein?

You can have these shakes any time of day. More specifically, they’re great to drink as a snack between meals, pre and post-workout, or with a meal to bump up your protein intake.

You can also use this protein powder when baking or to make protein pancakes. The unflavored variety is awesome in this case.

What Are The Best Ways To Drink These Shakes?

The best way to enjoy a Julian Paleo protein shake is with 8-10 ounces of water. It mixes up easily with a spoon or shaker bottle smoothly, no clumps, lumps, or chalkiness.

It also mixes and tastes great when blended with coconut milk. This is my wife’s favorite. It makes a creamy, rich shake that tastes great. The added fats from the coconut milk help you stay full longer too.

My personal preference is to mix 2 scoops with 10 ounces of water and a tablespoon of MCT oil. This provides me with more than 40 grams of high quality protein to fill me up and keep me full of energy for several hours.
