When Should You Drink Hydrobuilder?
I think the best time to use this supplement is within an hour of completing your strength training workout. The reason for this is that this is the time when your body is best able to utilize the protein and other nutrients in each shake. You may also want to drink another shake an hour later on days you train really hard.
Since it doesn’t have many carbs, it’s not a good supplement to use after an endurance workout such as cycling or running. Gaspari Glycofuse is a better post-workout supplement after these workouts.
Who Should Use Hydrobuilder?
The amount of protein (30 grams) and addition of nutrients like creatine and branch chain no acids makes it a great supplement to use when your goal is to build muscle and get stronger. Since each shake only has 180 calories it’s okay to use if you are working out to lose weight too. The protein and added nutrients may help you achieve this goal faster too.
You may not want to drink it if your goal is to gain weight since it probably doesn’t have enough calories. Gaspari Real Mass Probiotic is a better weight gain supplement to drink post-workout. If you have allergies to milk, egg, or soy you may want to avoid drinking it too.
