4. I Also Use Endura To Create Alternative Workouts For Me

I also use Endura AI personal trainer to change my workout plans from time to time. Usually when I don’t have time to do the entire workout or am away from my home gym and don’t have access to the equipment I need. Being able to make changes to my workouts quickly and easily helps me stay on track and not skip workouts due to almost any inconvenience.

It’s able to do this by using AI to automatically recall the workout I’m supposed to do, take my new information such as only having a single kettlebell available or 10 minutes to workout and Endura creates a new workout that’s as good as what I was supposed to do.

Here’s an example. I asked Endura to give me a 10 minute workout using my body weight instead of my normal workout. The first image is the original workout, the second is the update it gave me.
